Former X Factor judge Kelly Rowland looked a million dollars in her halterneck mermaid tail dress as she arrived at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London. Thanks to a quick-thinking member of Kelly's crew, her dress was rescued from being dragged along the road as she stopped to talk to reporters.
