Kelly Rowland gave plenty of "Motivation" on Friday's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." Backed by her crew of male dancers midway during the performance, the songbird seduced viewers wearing a white tailor made suit as she performed the smash hit from her newly released album Here I Am. The next stop on Ms. Kelly's promo schedule is Robin Thicke's One Night Stand concert in Atlanta at the Fox Theater tomorrow. Until she arrives in a city near you, get a eyeful of another outstanding performance - as seen in the clip above.

Hate to say it - - but the vocals were edited on this video version ... I just rewatched it on my DVR and there were a few vocal misses on the actual show that made me eek ... BUT WITH THAT SAID... she did a great job and sang it live and entertained the crowd for sure :) Just had to say that about the editing as I am wondering if anyone else picked up on that.

Kelly killed that shit! That was one of the best performances I've seen from her. Her voice was a bit horse but so what? We all know she can sing and I loved how she switched up the melody. That break down was the business! She really can dance her ass off and get the crowd worked up! Everyone was feeling her. I wish she had enough money to spend, from her label, to perform on Regis & Kelly, Ellen, and Lopez Tonight. Hopefully she'll keep on performing this single the second week as well on shows like those because this song sounds so sexy and smooth when a live band performs it! Hopefully this also increases her album sales.

Why does her voice always sound kinda deeper live. and also she should stop overusing those vocal runs. sometimes it gets annoying to get a run for every note. other than that it was nice
I watched last nite & I have it recorded on my DVR as well & she sounds the same! Aint nuthin edited what so ever on this video version. She did really well... get em Kelly! There were very few vocal mishaps being that Motivation is a really hard song to sang especially while dancing! She made up for it with her performance. She is improving sooo... much. Shout out to her vocal coach!!! I am in love with this new found confidence! My mom was like dang she is wearin the hell outta that white pants suit!
Overall a pretty good performance. I wish she performed a verse of "lay it on me." Kelly must stop allowing producers to auto-tune her voice so that the songs don't sound off.
Amazing performance from her vocals to her confidence & swagger she OWNED that stage & she looked great in her white suit doing it very proud fan right here!
